Hey, welcome to the corner of the internet that's partly mine.

I'm Burak, a software engineer. This place is my black box. Whatever I learn, consume or make, whatever's on my mind, ends up here. As long as I keep paying for the domain, anyway.

I graduated in Computer Engineering from Gebze Technical University, so as you can probably guess, most of my day is spent at a keyboard. In that time, I care not only about using technologies but also about understanding what goes on behind them. That's because I believe a strong foundation in computer science makes it possible both to pick up new technologies quickly and to build solutions that last. I think an engineer should be able to use what they know to touch every corner of life. My mission is to use what I've learned in computer engineering to solve problems of every color, from every part of life.

I'm exactly 23.736080349 years old and I live in Beyoğlu, Istanbul. When I'm not at a keyboard, I'm usually playing my acoustic guitar, exploring new places, or watching a film and then reading what critics wrote about it.
